Still Juicing…….check this one out!

Hey All……..yes, I’m still juicing…..about 2-3 times a week.
I had to share this concoction with you..……have to admit, it wasn’t one of my favorite tasting ones (think it was possibly because I added too many veggies? not sure) anyway……….
If the way I felt today is from this juice I drank yesterday and today, well then I will be making this concoction lots more!
Or it could be the other concoction I’ve created (not from the juicer) that I drink at night………….I’ll let you in on that one in another post…….
But for now, this is what’s in that glass above:
- 3 carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 1″ chunk ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 big stalks of bok choy
- bunch parsley
- couple cups of spinach
- 1 small beet
- bunch of kale
phew……..can you believe I’m drinking this stuff! 
Have any great juicing formulas? Do you notice any differences with how you feel when you juice?

I am so inspired by all of your thought provoking “inner” lifestyle tips, Gina. I am just so excited that you are making an aromatherapy blend for me. I can’t wait to get it. Meanwhile, this post has inspired me to dig deep into the boxes of stuff in my garage and find my Champion juicer. I’ll look for it this weekend and pray for the counter space I’ll need to put it to good use. Your recipe here looks interesting, but I think I’ll start small and begin with carrots, apples, ginger and spinach. What do you think?

Yes, Donna Maria, that juice blend may be a bit too heavy to start with!
I like your blend you mentioned - sounds great!
I have a Champion juicer also. My husband bought it for me years ago for my birthday and it’s still going!

Sounds great! I’ve been juicing for over ten years now and normally will drink my breakfast and follow with a dessert drink after dinner with lemons, oranges, red grapes, pineapple, carrot, green apple, celery, strawberry, mango and ginger.
The fiber, minerals and vitamins help the body rejuvenate during sleep. I would recommend juicing to anyone interested in eating/drinking live food.

Wow, that dessert drink sounds wonderful! I may have to try that and I love the idea of starting and ending the day with a healthy drink - makes sense, doesn’t it!
I’ve been starting my day with a different kind of drink, more of a smoothie - will post recipe in upcoming blog post :).
